華星東方承建的臺(tái)灣彰化縣SRF再生能源生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電興建項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2023年08月06日開工建設(shè)。

The flue gas cleaning project of the SRF renewable energy domestic waste incineration power generation construction project in Changhua County, Taiwan, undertaken by our company, started the construction on August 6, 2023.

該項(xiàng)目采用新型固體回收燃料（SRF）以及使用湍動(dòng)流化床氣化焚燒爐。設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模2×45t/h次高壓次高溫鍋爐+2×10MW汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組及其配套的輔助設(shè)施，年運(yùn)行8000小時(shí)，分兩期建造。煙氣處理采用“SNCR[氨水]+循環(huán)流化床+干法噴射+活性炭噴射（非本次合同范圍內(nèi)）+袋式除塵+GGH+SGH+SCR脫硝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司設(shè)備供貨工程。

The project uses a new type of solid recovered fuel (SRF) and uses a turbulent fluidized bed gasification incinerator. The design scale is 2×45t/h sub-high pressure and sub-high temperature boiler + 2×10MW steam turbine generator unit and its supporting auxiliary facilities, with an annual operation of 8,000 hours. It will be constructed in two phases. Flue gas treatment adopts "SNCR [ammonia] + circulating fluidized bed + dry spraying + activated carbon injection (not within the scope of this contract) + bag dust removal + GGH + SGH + SCR denitrification" flue gas cleaning process, complete equipment supplied by our company for this project.
